International Conference on Mass Spectrometry (ICMS-2013), Sept. 6-9, Kottayam

IUIC organized an International conference on Mass spectrometry ICMS -2013 on 6-9, 2013. The purpose of this conference was to explore different avenues of various applications of Mass spectrometry. This was in the context of emerging mass spectrometric research in India and other parts of the world. It brought together chemists, physicists, biologists, environmental scientists and engineers to display their latest findings and to discuss potential avenues in mass spectrometry. The speakers from various parts of the world like Dr. Christian Neusüß (University of Aalen, USA), Dr. S. K. Aggarwal (Babha Atomic Research Centre, India), Dr. Ester Heath (Jozef Stefan Institute Group of Organic Analysis, Slovenia), Dr. R. Srinivas (National Center for Mass Spectrometry, India), Dr. Jana Hajšlová (Institute of Chemical Technology, Prague, Czech Republic), Dr. P. G. Shah (Anand Agricultural University, India), Dr. S. K. Gupta (Babha Atomic Research Centre, India), Dr. Habil G. Morlock, Justus-Liebig-University of Gießen, Germany, Dr. M. Vairamani (SRM University, India), Dr. Kentaro Yamaguchi Tokushima (Bunri University, Japan), Dr. K. P. Madhusudanan, IUIC, India, Dr. Nagarjuna Nagaraj (Max-Planck-Institut für Biochemie, Germany), Dr. Venkat Manohar (Indian Institute of Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry) and Dr. Olivier Laprevote (Paris Descartes University, France) were participated.
